With a background in both Dentistry and Aesthetic Medicine, Carrie brings a refined, artistic approach to her work - enhancing natural beauty while helping clients feel confident, radiant, and empowered. Known for her precision, creativity, and results-driven treatments, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes tailored to each individual.

Carrie Valle is a Nurse Practitioner who believes healthcare should go beyond symptom management focusing instead on identifying and addressing the root cause of each patient’s concerns. With experience in both primary care and functional medicine, she takes a comprehensive, personalized approach to support long-term health and vitality.
She is passionate about bridging the gap between conventional and functional medicine, helping patients navigate complex health concerns such as metabolic dysfunction, hormone imbalances, and chronic inflammation. Her approach is rooted in education, collaboration, and empowering patients to take an active role in their wellness journey.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare support, business operations, logistics, and customer service, Marco is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the doors of Allante Life Med Spa.
Throughout his career, he has led large organizations, owned and operated successful businesses, and managed complex operations across nonprofit and nutraceutical organizations. His extensive leadership experience has equipped him with a strong foundation in building high-performing teams, developing efficient systems, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
At the heart of Marco's leadership is a passion for serving others. Having spent years caring for individuals with disabilities - including his own son - he understands the importance of compassion, trust, and treating every person with dignity and respect. He is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel valued, cared for, and confident throughout every step of their experience.
Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending time with his family and believes that meaningful relationships, integrity, and service are the foundation of both personal and professional success.
Matthew Thomas has served as Office Manager at Allante Life Med Spa since 2023, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience.
With over 12 years of pharmacy experience, Matthew brings a strong foundation in precision, patient safety, and effective communication. His approach is grounded in efficiency, organization, and practical problem-solving creating a professional environment where both clients and staff feel supported.

Genevieve Burciaga, BSN, RN, is the Nursing Director at Allante Life Med Spa and a highly skilled aesthetic and functional medicine nurse dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-based care. She believes the most beautiful results enhance each patient's natural features while preserving balance, confidence, and authenticity.
With advanced training in cosmetic injectables, regenerative medicine, and functional wellness, Genevieve creates customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and lifestyle. Her expertise includes facial injectables, PRP therapy for the face and joints, mesotherapy, skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, and advanced wellness therapies designed to support healthy aging from the inside out.

Daniela Cantu brings more than 20 years of experience in patient care and customer service to Allante Life Med Spa, with a strong background in both medical and dental office settings. Her warm, approachable nature and extensive healthcare experience make her a welcoming presence for clients from the moment they walk through the door.
Prior to joining Allante, Daniela spent nine years with St. Alphonsus specializing in neurology medical coding and billing, as well as six years in the dental field, where she served as an Office Manager. Her experience has given her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and creating a smooth, positive experience for both patients and providers.
Daniela is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their experience at Allante. She takes pride in creating genuine connections and ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported.
Outside of work, Daniela recently became a first-time grandmother and loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, visiting hot springs, and camping whenever she gets the chance.
Emma Carter is a Medical Assistant and Laser Technician with over 10 years of experience at Allante Life Med Spa. Originally born in England, she moved to Idaho at the age of 10 and has proudly called it home ever since. She earned her Medical Assisting degree from Carrington College in 2011 and has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve safe, effective, and confidence-boosting results.
Emma has a special passion for laser tattoo removal and specializes in customizing treatment protocols for all skin types. With a focus on safety, comfort, and proven results, she takes the time to educate clients, answer questions, and create a supportive experience throughout every stage of their treatment.
Known for her calm, compassionate approach and attention to detail, Emma is committed to helping each client feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their skin.
Outside of the med spa, Emma enjoys rockhounding, gardening, traveling whenever she can, and spending time with her boyfriend and their three dogs.
Ryan Fearns is a Kinesiologist and Certified Stretch Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping individuals move better, recover more effectively, and perform at their highest potential.
With a background spanning physical therapy clinics, corrective exercise, and more than 12 years as a personal trainer, Ryan brings a well-rounded, results-driven approach to movement, mobility, and rehabilitation. He is passionate about delivering personalized care, educating clients, and empowering them to take an active role in their long-term health and wellness.
